3 pairs of legs per person--more if some have hearty appetites.
1-2 Fresh garlic cloves-minced
Chopped red and green bell pepper to equal 1 cup
2/3 C. Chopped sweet white onion
1/3 C. Chopped celery
12 Finely chopped fresh basil leaves
Ground pepper and salt to taste
2 16 oz. cans of Hunt's petite tomato pieces with juice
Extra virgin olive oil
Worcestershire sauce to taste
Tabasco to taste
1/2 C. Cooked white rice per person

Salt and pepper frog legs and saute' in olive oil until they turn
opaque. Remove and set aside. Saute' chopped vegetables in same pan until onion is clear--do not brown onions or garlic.

Add frog legs back into the pan with tomatoes and juice. Reduce liquid by about 1/3. Adjust seasonings and add Worcestershire and Tabasco to taste.
Serve over rice.
