Can you please give me some salad dressing recipes THAT CONTAIN NO VINEGAR?!

Question: Thank you. Garlic and unusual ingredients are fine - just no vinegar.

Because of a fermentation allergy I replace all the vinegar in "salad dressing" recipes with Lemon Juice. Start by using 3/4 of the amount to replace vinegar, then taste adding more if needed. Make up the difference in volume with a bit of water.

To one cup good mayo add several spoonfuls of tomato sauce (enough to desired thickness). Can use like that or also can add a spoonful of sweet relish.

Just substitute lime juice or lemon juice and some water for vinegar.

do ranch mayo italian bluecheese dressings contain vinegar?

just olive oil, lemon juice yum yum

i usually add balsamic vinegar but you dont have to

Simply first-pressed virgin olive oil, with lemon juice. But have you tried real aged Balsamic vinegar, preferably from Modena Italy? It's magnificent and a thing all its own. Mouth-watering. Worth going to Modena to get it, if you can't find it locally, I reckon! Try your most famous local Italian chef to find it?
