Can you egg and bread crumb chicken cutlets and freeze it.(uncooked like that)?!

Question: No problem - use fresh chicken (not thawed frozen), bread and freeze in airtight ziplock bag, separating each piece/cutlet with saran, freezer or wax paper.....makes it easy to remove only the amount you want if you don't plan to cook it all at one time, and keeps the breading from sticking to the next piece.

there's always the option to prepare it, cook it then freeze it until you need it.

however if you want to save it uncooked, i would only suggest doing this right after you buy the chicken. it's not good to thaw frozen anything, then refreeze it before you cook it.

but to answer your question, i don't know that i would suggest it. i don't know how well eggs keep, and not only that, but the juices from the chicken when it thaws will mess with the bread crumbs and it won't come out how you wanted it.

don't do that.

Yes from a bachelor point of view, do what you think is necessary..... like life you learn as you go along.
