Just melt the butter and mix it with the hot sause.
dip them in there.
Franks baffalo wings sause is the best to use.
Also for best results serve with celery and blue cheese.
Enjoy :]]

Fry the wings until they've browned, then put them in a bowl with hot sauce, and coat them thoroughly, then fry them again until they're cooked through, and coat them again.

It seems to take forever to cook the center of the wings....

I cheat... I make boneless "wings" I throw some popcorn chicken in the deep fryer then shake in a bowl of Hooters hot sauce.

HIDDEN VALLEY HOT WINGS

24 chicken wings
1/2 c. melted butter
1/4 c. Louisiana hot sauce
3 tbsp. vinegar
1-2 pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch dressing mix
Paprika

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Dip chicken wings in mixture of melted butter, hot sauce and vinegar. Put in baking dish. Sprinkle with dressing mix. Bake until well browned 30 minutes to 1 hour. Sprinkle with paprika after removing from oven.
NOTE: I find it really isn't worth the time to cut wings in half as is often done for buffalo wings.

HOT CHEESY CHICKEN WINGS

2 lbs. chicken wings
1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. parsley flakes
2 tsp. paprika
1 tbsp. oregano
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. red ground pepper
1/2 c. melted butter

Discard wing tips. Cut wings into 2 pieces at wings joint, making two mini drumsticks. Mix together cheeses and spices. Dip wings in melted butter, then roll in cheese mixture. Place on foil-lined cookie sheet. Bake for 1 hour 15 minutes at 350 degrees.

HOT BUFFALO WINGS

20 chicken wings
2 sticks butter
1/2 c. Durkee Hot Sauce
Oil

Split wings at joint. Fry in oil until crispy. Combine butter and hot sauce. Pour sauce over wings and microwave 1 minute. Serve with blue cheese dip, if desired.

BEST BUFFALO WINGS (HOT WINGS)

Chicken (wings, legs, your preference)
Texas Pete Buffalo Sauce
Sticks of Butter

You want to cook the chicken first. Bake the chicken in the oven at 375 degree's. When the chicken is almost done, begin the sauce.
In a large pot, place enough sauce and butter to allow the chicken to be submerged. I use 1 stick of butter for every 12 oz. of Texas Pete sauce.

Add the chicken into the pot and heat on a low heat for several hours. A small amount of bubbling should be noticable. How long will decide how tender the chicken comes out.

When your ready to eat, spoon the chicken out, noticing the tenderness of the meat and how it may separate from the bone. Too long may make all of the chicken fall apart though.

Ranch for dipping.

hope this helps. enjoy.

If the wings haven't been cooked, marinate them in the hot sauce in a non-metallic bowl for a few hours with a splash of oil. When you want to cook them put the oven on to 180 degrees C and cook them in an ovenproof dish covered in foil for 30 minutes, removing the foil for the last 5-10 minutes to brown them. i wouldn't use a whole stick of butter-that will make them too greasy.

There are a couple ways to make wings. You can grill, fry or bake them. Fried is the best taste but awful for you, but if you going to do it then (sauce recipe is at the bottom)....

1 lb wings rinsed under cold water and pat dry. Mix 1/2 cup white flour with 1 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp black pepper, 1/2 tsp peprika and a small pinch of red pepper. Bring a large pot with about an inch of vegetable oil to 350 degrees or until the oil shimmers and pops when you flick some flour into it. Coat the wings in the flour mixture and shake off excess, fry for about 5 minutes on each side, until golden brown. Drain on a plate with paper towels. Toss in sauce, serve with blue cheese and celery.

Grilled is second best and the healthiest. Bring your grill to medium high heat. Sprinkle wings with salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion powder. grill for 8-10 mins on each side, toss in sauce.

For baked, which I think sucks but whatever, heat the oven to 375 convection, 400 traditional. season wings the same as grilled and bake for 40 minutes, toss in sauce.

The Sauce
1. 2tbs butter melted in a sauce pan
2. Add enough hot sauce until it reachs that proper red color, somewhere between 1/4c - 3/4 cups and stir.
3. add 1/4 cup white vinegar and stir
4. Add 1/2 tsp pepper, garlic powder, peprika, and pinch red pepper and stir
5. Add one pickled jalopeno pepper and a tsp of its brining juice (optional)
6. allow to cook for 20 or so minutes
7. remove pepper if using and toss with wings

Don't put anything on the wings, just deep fry them until golden brown (the meat should easily come off the bone, that's how you know they're done)

Mix hot sauce, mustard, and melted butter together. Depends on your taste how much of each.

Toss the sauce on the wings while hot from the fryer.

Let them sit a few minutes, then serve with ranch and/or bleu cheese salad dressing for dipping.

Celery sticks give you something to take the heat away. A beer is also a good idea!!!

I baked my wings instead of frying them. When they are done I melt a stick of butter and add Louisiana hot sauce and pour over top and bake about 15 minutes longer. Easy to do and less fattening then frying. Still delicious though. I like my hot wings messy!
