Easy recipies that are healthy and low in sugar?!
Answers: My mom says I eat too much sugar such as candy, ice cream, cookies. What are some recipies for treats that taste good and are low in sugar? Pretty much any healthy recipies that taste GREAT and are EASY to make. THANKS!

Jello with peaches , grapes or grated carrots added to it. Peel bananas and dip in chocolate syrup..place on wax paper and freeze for 1 hour..I like to roll mine in chopped peanuts too..Hope you like some of these..they are all healthy and good for you plus have a bit of sweet to them.

You need to read the labels on the things you eat and see how much sugar they contain. I would stay away from the artificial sugars such as splenda because they are not natural and might do more harm than sugar.
A diabetic cookbook would give you great ideas and cut back on soda pop.
salmon is wonderful you and low in calories. You can buy salmon or tuna steak and grill that and serve it with steamed broccoli
