Do you mean the stuff they call Prairie Dust? I don't know the exact recipe, but here's one that's pretty good:

1/2 cup paprika
1/4 cup kosher salt, finely ground
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons mustard powder
1/4 cup chili powder
1/4 cup ground cumin
2 tablespoons ground black pepper
1/4 cup granulated garlic
2 tablespoons cayenne

Mix all ingredients and store in a tightly covered container.

You must be a lover of Longhorn's steaks as well. I can tell you that on the Ribeye they use Cavender's all purpose Greek Seasoning (alas the Prairie Dust), but the real secret is the LEMON BUTTER that is melted on top so you don't see it. They take butter and lemon juice, mix it and melt it. Then when the steak is done they pour it over it. That is what gives it it's flavor and lots of juices. Hope that helps...I make it at home all the time. THE BEST STEAK!

yes it is called prarie dust and it sucks and so does the longhorn restaraunt . I much prefer sam seltzers steakhouse .
