Get a bunch of those new little baby size potatoes.
Wash them but leave them whole.
Put them in a casserole dish
Add a few cloves of garlic 3,4,5, you decide.
Some slices of onion (red and white onion)
Drizzle on a bit of olive oil.
Mix well, sprinkle on some Mrs. Dash seasoning and fresh ground black or white pepper.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

Clean and boil about two pounds of new potatoes. Remove from heat when they are about half done. In a large cast iron skillet melt a stick of real butter until it's turning brown. add potatoes that have been well drained. Add about a tablespoon of kosher salt and about a half teaspoon of freshly ground pepper. continue to cook over medium heat until potatoes are nicely browned and cooked well. In the last couple min. you can add a couple teaspoons of diced garlic or enjoy as is.

ROASTED QUARTERED POTATOES WITH GARLIC

In a large roasting pan toss together well the potatoes, the oil, the salt, the pepper and the garlic and roast the potatoes in a preheated 350 degree oven, tossing them occasionally. For 1 hour or until they are tender and golden. Add the parsley and toss mixture well.
