Got something to go with this?!
Answers: Clean and boil about two pounds of new potatoes. Remove from heat when they are about half done. In a large cast iron skillet melt a stick of real butter until it's turning brown. add potatoes that have been well drained. Add about a tablespoon of kosher salt and about a half teaspoon of freshly ground pepper. continue to cook over medium heat until potatoes are nicely browned and cooked well. In the last couple min. you can add a couple teaspoons of diced garlic or enjoy as is.
BEEF! That's what belongs with those potatoes. A nice roast that is juicy and falling apart or even a good steak. Add in some corn or green beans and a loaf of bread and your good to go. I hope you enjoy your potatoes!

I would suggest a lemon-garlic chicken selection or perhaps a garlic sauted salmon dish. Just what I would do. I'm allergic to fish, but I know my husband rather enjoys a good salmon every now and then.
chicken, or sausage would go yummy with that
Some nice pork chops and a salad would be good with the potatoes, but you're using an awful lot of salt! I would think a teaspoon or teaspoon and a half would be more than enough for 2 pounds of potatoes.
Center cut Pork chops Breaded in Italian bread crumbs and deep fired.
Why are you asking me? Why do people always assume that all gay men can cook? My answer is, fry up some Spam.
