Answers: It was on the Oprah episode today, I know the ingredients i just need the measurements and instructions (recipe)
Thank God for a DVR...
"Freshness In A Glass"
4 Celery Stalks
1 Cucumber
1 Cup Spinach
1 Lemon
1 Lime
1 Large Apple
1/2 Inch Piece of Ginger
Mix Everything Together In A Blender!
("A Little Parsley" was mentioned when he was describing it to Oprah but not in the list of specific amounts mentioned before the break.)
Other than one whole apple and juice from one lemon I think you just guess on the amounts the more the better.
It was on Oprah today. Look on her site.
i saw it on oprah today: celery, spinach, an apple, lime , lemon, and ginger. its pretty good.

Then blend everything in the blender:):)
Here are the ingredients- there no amounts given. Spinach, apple, parsley, ginger, cucumber, celery lemon. Here is a recipe to start with. 2 big handfuls fresh spinach,1/2 cup parsley, chopped,1 rib celery,1 'thumb'ginger[small piece]peeled,1 lemon,1 medium cucumber,2 apples, ice cubes. Place all except ice in food processor. You can add more aple to start with until you get used to the taste. Here a few websites that I found helpful. Oprahshow.co and. rawfoodrightnow.blogspot.com
Here are the listed ingredients in the green drink:
couple handful of Spinach
1 Apple
1/2 cup of Parsley
a few slices of Ginger, skin peeled
1 Cucumber
4 Celery stems
1 Lemon (just the juice)
As always, you can adjust these ingredients to your own liking. Perhaps you really really like cucumber. Great! Add 2 cucumbers instead.
For a starter green juice, I recommend additional apples until you get used to the taste. There is no requirement to start out with swamp water that tastes like swamp water. Start with something fruity. Then over time if you want you can add more greens and less apples. That is why green smoothies are so popular - they are usually 60% or more of fruit, and 40% or less of greens.

One of the other answers included measurements which are: 1 cup spinach; 1 large apple; 1/2" ginger; 1 cucumber; 4 stalks celery; 1 lemon; 1 lime; a "little" parsley.
Sounds like a lot of celery to me and I'm a good cook (I think).
