some type of mayo loaded mixture, shrimp, chicken or such wrapped in an endive leaf..perfect and light

Bacon wrapped shrimp and bacon wrapped green olives. So good to eat!!!

Smear some cream cheese thickly all over a plate. Cover that with a layer of cocktail sauce. Supply green onions or chips and people just scrape the mixture off with the onion or the chip - could not be easier and looks nice on a fancy plate! Tastes great too (do not use low-fat cream cheese).

It's basically a crab rangoon, but it actaully tastes like crab.

I whip up 1 box of cream cheese until it's light and fluffy with about 1/2 tsp. of cayenne pepper. Then I fold in prepared crab meat, not the fake stuff. I use a whole can, it ends up being about equal parts crab and cream cheese. I put about 1 tsp. of this in a wonton wrapper. Make sure you seal them tightly, and fry in canola oil until they are light brown.

Try bacon wrapped asparagus. Use toothpicks to attach one end at the top and wrap around until you get to the bottom and put another toothpick through to hold the bacon. BBQ slowly to cook the asparagus and do not burn the bacon. If your bbq flares up the flame is too high.
I have found that even people that hate asparagus love this!

Here's one for Crab Stuffed Mushrooms

spicy buffalo chicken wings.

bake some chicken wing sections on a lightly oiled baking sheet/pan and seasoned with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. you cook the wings in the oven until browned on both sides.

you open up a bottle of Frank's hot sauce and pour it in a bowl with a few pats of butter or margarine and heat it up in the microwave until the butter is melted and the sauce is hot. stir it up.

next, take all of your wings and dump them in the bowl of hotsauce and butter and coat the wings on all sides and set them on a plate.

you enjoy this with some bleu cheese dressing, or ranch dressing. you can also cut up some celery, and carrots to go with it for dipping.

sour cream (8 oz)
1 package of buddig beef (chopped)
1 tablespoon Warchesire sauce (spelling sorry)
1 teaspoon of garlic salt
pepper (to taste)

Mix and serve with wheat thins!

Stuffed Baby Portabella Mushrooms

You'll need small portabella (or other mushrooms you prefer as long as they are a good size for stuffing). The number of mushrooms depend on how many you are serving (figure two per person). Clean mushrooms with a soft brush or toweling and remove stems if any.

Filling (for about 15 - 20 medium sized mushrooms)

- cooked wild rice (just follow instructions on bag)
Pine nuts
salt
pepper
a smidge of garlic
melted butter
provalone cheese

Follow recipe for two cups of cooked rice. Let cool to room temp. Add 1/4 cup finely chopped pine nuts. 1/4 cup melted butter, salt, pepper, garlic (to taste). Mix and fill mushroom caps. (If your mushrooms had stems - you can finely chop and add to mixture).

Place a small amount of cheese on top of the stuffing and put the mushrooms under a broiler. Watch closely! You want the cheese to melt, but not turn brown.
