Pan fry thin pork chops with bone in - Coat with corn starch, dip in scrambled egg, roll in bread crumbs, fry in hot oil for 2 minutes per side.

Honey roast thick pork chops - Sprinke with salt & pepper. Soak in honey. Smear some grainy mustard on top. Roast in oven at 400 degrees for 7 minutes or until cooked through.

General - Salt & pepper the chop. Put in a hot pan coated with olive oil. Brown both sides.

Italian Dressing. Best thing I ever used anyway!

Bake on a rake in the oven or grill, I prefer to grill.

Cooking does not haver to be complicated.

marinade in italian dressing and then make Potato Chip pork chops!!

take three freezer bags. Fill one with a bunch of flour, fill another with crushed up potato chips, and fill the last with two eggs and some milk. Dip the marinated chops in the flour. then the egg and milk mix and then the potato chips. Making sure to push the chips into the chops. Place on a baking sheet and bake 350 degrees for 20-30 Minutes. mmmm Really good.

this is not too healthy but brown them in a little oil, then pour cream of muschroom soup on , them simmer them with a lid on . About 45 mins. they will be so tender. Use the soup over some mashed potatoes or noodles.

Get a bottle of teriyaki marinating sauce from an Asian supermarket, lightly coat and marinate the pork chops for 2hrs, then pan fry. Serve with your preferred salad.
