I make this with corn and a salad....
go to receipezaar they all you want from all over the world
chicken/broccoli casserole (you can make as much or little as you need)
* chicken pieces or a whole chicken, cooked and bones removed
* 1 can of condensed cream of chicken soup (don't add liquid to it)
* 2/3 to 1 cup of miracle whip (not mayo)
* steamed broccoli spears (you can use frozen too, just cook first but don't let it get mushy)
* bread crumbs
* curry powder (optional)
Layer bottom of baking dish with broccoli spears. Layer chicken chunks over the broccoli spears. Mix your condensed soup and miracle whip together and spread evenly over the broc/chicken. Sprinkle bread crumbs over that. Sprinkle a little curry (optional) over that. Bake at 325 until top is bubbly. REMEMBER everything is already cooked, you are just heating this through. It's my fav!
I like buffalo wing sauce and Ketchup or A-one and Ketchup Maybe do a run of the mill meatloaf with one of those combinations.
I have a great easy recipe. This works great in a crock pot or you may bake it in the oven.

1 can of french onion soup
mix altogether, do not add water.
Put in crock pot for 5-6 hours or bake at 350 for 21/2-3 hours.
Serve over rice, egg noodles or mashed potatoes.

I buy sliced French Bread and mix a stick of butter with Parmesan & Herb seasoning from McCormick. Follow the directions on the bottle.
I love this Rachael Ray dressing!
* 1 tablespoon honey
* 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
* 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil (EVOO)
* 2 sprigs fresh dill, chopped
* Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Combine veggies in a salad bowl. The dressing can be made in a small bowl and whisked together, or, if your jar of honey is almost empty, make it in the jar itself and give it a few really good shakes to mix it. Pour the dressing over the veggies and toss to combine.
