I found what looks to be a small piece of hard glue in my container of ready made pudding.?!

Question: what if anything can I do. I had to get online to find the phone number to the company. But they where closed. I just dont want to get the run around when I do call them.

It's probably just gelatin. Gelatin can form a ball and look like hard glue. Won't hurt you. It's not like it's a bug. You need to save it. Then you can get it tested at an independant lab at your expense. If it turns out to be glue, then you can sue. If it turns out to be gelatin, then you just wasted your money on a possible frivilous lawsuit.

Generally, to get any money from this kind of thing, you have to actually be poisoned. So, go ahead and eat the "glue" and then when you keel over, the hospital has to prove that it WAS glue, then they have to prove that it was from the pudding.

Good luck.

the real question is why are you eating ready made pudding. how tacky.

Take the piece of dried glue (probably left when sealing the products container) out, prepare the pudding and then enjoy it. What else did you have in mind?

Seriously. Ya want to sue them? First you have to call the police (not 911) and get them to come out and do a report. Since its not an emergency, they will come out at their convenience. Then you have something to present to a lawyer that will take your case. The lawyer will have somethign to work with. If you just want another pudding dude... call the customer service line and explain. They will send you one plus some coupons... For the first part, you proabbly have to eat some of it to sue.

Well don't go to a jury...
I don't believe you.. #1
You don't give any details here... #2
so I assume you have a lump of corn starch that didn't mix well.
Sorry..!! But of course you do not have the receipt or have bothered to talk with the store manager..???

umm, take the ball of stuff out and eat the dang pudding already!!
