I try sticking to a 60/40 protein ratio in the morn. I have a large bowl of oats, peanut butter on wholemeal bread, 4 boiled eggs & a protein shake. Fuels me for the whole day!! However, everyone is different.

well i mainly follow a macrobiotic diet due to allergies but that sounds fab!

Well I guess its alright as long as you work or stay in shape. You can burn those calories easily but watch your cholesterol intake.
