What to do with kielbasa for dinner tonight?!

Question: Anyone have any suggestions?

Answers: Anyone have any suggestions?

I like to slice up Kielbasa into large chunks and make it into enormous pigs in a blanket. We actually call it Polish Pigs in a blanket at my house.

All you need is the Kielbasa, some cheese of your choosing and a can of refrigerated biscuits, crescents or breadsticks.
I think the breadsticks are easiest.

Just take the sausage and put a slice of cheese next to it (I like a gruyere, but whatever will work... even velveeta) wrap a piece of dough around it and pop it in the oven according to the biscuits directions.
It will take longer than the directions specify usually about 8 to 10 mins longer... just keep an eye on it. When they are golden, it is done.

Don't forget to dunk it ketchup and mustard.
Kids LOVE this.

Slice it and make a mac& cheese casarolle, top with bread crumbs and bake till brown.
