Question: I have a recipe that calls for 10 oz of water and 70 cc of (dry) mix. Anyone know how much 70 cc would be in U.S. measurements? Thanks!

1 oz. dry weight equals 28.4 cc. Therefore, 70 cc of dry weight would be 70/28.4 = 2.4 oz. (rounded to 1 decimal). In more relaxed terms, this would be slightly more than 1/4 cup.
