Have you ever used a pastry blender?!

Question: Don't you just love it?! I would always knead dough with my hands and whenever I baked bread or pizza crust, it would come out hard, but every since I started using my blender, it comes out moist and fluffy.

yes i have and ia'm glad that you are having a great time in the kitchen every thing sound like fun and yes i use to do the same thing knead dough with my hand and some time the dough will be lumpy but i don't have that problem any more, continue to enjoy your wedding, gifts and try to use them ia'm pretty sure you would come up with some thing else to bake or cook and use the rest of your wedding gift you have laying around, your husband is blessed he has a good woman who spend a lot of time in the kitchen fixing him all kind of neat and nutricious food, that is pretty good, silly rabbit keep up the cooking, and don't forget to wear your apron, that says, Kiss the Cook, lol!

I Use the food processor. Makes it quick and painless

No but I've used a food processor at times. Most of the time I use my clean hands or a fork when I do not want to drag out and wash the processor for a small job. Again, sorry,I did not waste money on the pastry blender. I also shift my flour a lot even when the recipe does not call for it:)

Hello, again, that seems to be a really nice gadget. Better than dragging out a bulky food processor. The only kitchen gadget that I use daily is my ss blade coffee grinder. We are nuts about fresh ground coffee:) You stated that your mixer was a wedding gift..........CONGRATS on your marriage and many happy years of wonderful dishes:)

Do you mean one of these? http://www.kitchen-universe.com/images/B...

If so, yes I've used one, but never for any type of yeast bread/dough. I use mine when making pie crusts, biscuits, etc.
