Do you like pumpkin bread? if so, with or without walnuts? with or without cranberries?!

Question: I have a small baking business and one of my best sellers is pumpkin bread with diced maraschino cherries and chopped pecans. When I make no sugar added pumpkin bread(which I make more than with sugar) I use chopped fresh cranberries and walnuts or pecans. Both are great sellers.

Pecans most definitely, cranberries absolutely not!

My mom used to make pumpkin muffins using a recipe she got from Old Salem, NC. It's been far too many years since I've had one, but as I recall there were no nuts of any kind in it, just raisins. Would have made a spectacular sweet dessert bread.

Pumpkin bread is fine with me
Cranberries, nuts, raisins, will please.
Mix em, match em, or serve it up plain
Now I have yummy pumpkin bread on my brain!

that all sounds good, call it pumpkin bread and i'll eat it
