Do you like Scrapple?!
Answers: I like scrapple but have not had it for a long time now. Actually, it is all the left over by-products of the meats that have been cut. I like it sliced very thin so it becomes scrunchy. Full of fat though. Not the healthiest thing to eat.

Holly cow - are you in the greater Harrisburg area? I'm originally from Pittsburgh and had never heard of this mysterious meat substance till I came out here. I might try it some time - but what the heck is it? Ground up organ meat? Isn't it a little tough and stringy?
I hate to tell this but yes it is made of all kinds of parts. My father in law was from PA and he got me to try it. Actually is was pretty good. But not everyone will think so. But you will never know until you do try it.
