baked beans
coleslaw
spanish rice and corn
stuffed acorn squash and herbed cooked carrots (yum)
zuchinni with tomatoes, onions and mushrooms
just a plate of freshly sliced tomatoes with ranch drizzled over all and mac and cheese.
roasted root veggies (potatoes, beets, yams, onions w/olive oil, herbs. bake 375 for abt 45 mins....another (yum)
There ya go from me!

Try this: half an onion chopped; 1 can black beans; 1 can whole kernal corn. Wash the goo off the beans, and sautee all ingredients in a little olive oil. Season with salt and pepper, or maybe some cajun seasoning for a little more kick. Low fat and gooooood!!

macaroni salad
potato salad
pasta salad
coleslaw
