I love ham! It's so easy just get one of those little oval hams turn the oven on to 350 wrap ham in foil and butter it up then sprinkle some brown sugar on it, stick in a few cloves and put some pineapple up top, wrap it up and place on cookie sheet bake for about 45minutes to an hour. Thats it enjoy!

I place my ham in a roasting pan covered around with foil. We love ours with no special things added. Bake 350

It depends on what type of ham you are making as for cooking time and temperatures. A lot of them are precooked, some aren't. When I make a ham, I cut the fat on the top, not all the way through, but through the fat into diagnols. Then I make a mixture of 1 part honey, dijon mustard, and brown sugar. Then I add a pinch of salt, pepper and cinnamon. It depends on the size of the ham. Cover the whole ham with this mixture, cover for about 3/4 of your cooking time. Then uncover and bake the rest of the time.

1 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup honey
1 can pineapple rings in own juice

Combine the brown sugar, honey and juice from pineapple reserving pineapple to serve with ham.

Score the ham and pour half of the brown sugar mixture over ham. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 20 minutes per pound, glazing the ham with the remainder of the mixture and the drippings in the pan until done.

It is probably fully cooked you are just heating it.

I would heat it at 325 and I would not cover it with foil because if so why not just put it in a pot and boil it - same thing.

You could cover it with pineapple slices and baste with a paste made of some mustard, honey and clove.

If this is a bone in ham and some juice comes out try thickening it with some corn starch and extend it with some chicken stock. Ham gravy is to die for on mashed potatoes.
Mashed potatoes with sour cream and onion mixed in with ham gravy over and you own me.
If you are going to make the ham gravy don't put pinapple on and go very easy on the honey mustard.

Mmmmm, a succulent ham...We love ours prepared this way, roasting pan on a rack, then carve cross hatch marks on the first 1/4 " in the flesh this will give a gorgeous look when done roasting, 350 degrees, depending on the size of the ham, look at the package directions for roasting times, an hour before the roasting is done, place pineapple rings, with marachino cherry, skewered with a toothpick into several places on the ham, then every 15 minutes baste with brown sugar dissolved with a little water to make a thick paste, and cover so the sugar doesn't burn....GAWD !!! my mouth is watering....lol

If you want simple, tasty and still juicy here's one you can try:

Pour either a can of ginerale or orange pop over the ham, add pinapple rings and bake according to weight.

You can also add a bit of clove to spice it if you want more of a spicey or holiday flavor.

Keep covered until its almost done then uncover.

Depends on what kind of ham. Some like a shoulder I find are better for a boiled dinner. Most baking hams are pre-cooked, so all you need to do is reheat. Read the package first.
Put ham in baking pan. I usually make a sauce out of brown sugar,cloves,and a citrus juice(orange,pineapple etc.). Pour over ham. Then I place pineapple slices and maraschino cherries on with toothpicks. Bake at 350 for 20 mins a lb. or until hot in center.
As far as sides we like baked butternut squash or baked sweet potatoes. Creamed onions are also good with it. Potato or macaroni salad if you prefer a cold side dish.

have you ever tried a deep fried turkey, if you have then you know how moist and delicious it is. Well the same goes for ham. Get a spiral sliced ham (regular works to) heat peanut oil to 325 and cook the ham for about 3 min. a lb.

Here's a great easy recipe :
Coke Baked Ham:

10 lbs pre-cooked ham
6 fluid ounces cola drink

Preheat oven to 275 degrees.
Remove any visible excess fat from ham.
Place the ham in a large turkey roasting oven bag and place in a baking dish.
Pour cola over ham, remove as much air as possible and seal bag.
Prick a few holes in bag to let steam escape and bake for 4 to 5 hours.
Pour off excess juice and slice.
