I would like to make a homemade TAHO does anyone know or tried SILK soy milk instead of soy bean extract?!
Answers: Boy did I get lost for an hour reading about this, I found the underlying answer, "the fiber" or the structure that makes the "soy custard" for your Taho is removed from the milk process, the extract is condensed fiber. When adding your coagulant I believe you'll have a better product with the extract.
