What is this tool? I think it's for the kitchen, but who knows?!?!

These are called "Duck Billed Pliers" and they are used for forming sheet metal as well as other things...like cutting metal tubes. Also used in jewelry making.
I suppose if you were creative, you could fine SOmething in the kitchen to crimp with these bad boys!

It's a pair of pliers, definitely not for the kitchen. The third handle is either to protect your hand as you are holding the two longer ones together, or the third handle is to "turn" whatever the pliers are gripping. The insulated handles makes me believe it's something electrical.

It is either a "third hand" for holding small things or a "heat sink" used in welding and mostly soldering. In my jewelry making I have something similiar that would stand by itself, this appears to do just that.
