Chocolate Chip Cookie Recipe

Ingredients

? 3/4 cup sugar
? 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
? 1 cup butter
? 1 large egg
? 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
? 1 teaspoon baking soda
? 1/2 teaspoon salt
? 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
? if desired, 1 cup chopped pecans

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix sugar, brown sugar, butter and egg in a large bowl by hand. Stir in flour, baking soda, and salt. The dough will be very stiff. Stir in chocolate chips. Drop dough by rounded tablespoonfuls 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until light brown. The centers will be soft. Let cool for one minute then remove from cookie sheet and place on wire rack to finish cooling.

Quick and Easy No Bake Chocolate Cookies

2 2/3 cups sugar
2/3 cup milk
1/3 cup cocoa
1/3 lb margarine
3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
3 1/2 cups quick oats

Mix first four ingredients.
Bring to a boil, boil 1 minute.
Remove from heat and add vanilla and peanut butter.
Stir until well blended.
Stir in oatmeal.
Drop by spoonfuls onto waxed paper.
Store in refrigerator or freezer.

Preheat over to 300 degrees

Mix 2.5 cups flour,
half tsp. baking soda
quarter tsp. salt

In a separate bowl mix
1 cup brown sugar with
half cup of white sugar

Whip one cup of butter/margarine into sugars, then
add two large eggs and three tsp. vanilla. Stir.

Add dry ingrediants to sugar mixture with 1.5 cups of chocolate chips and half a cup of Scor toffeee chips.

Scoop onto ungreased cookie sheet and cook for 1 to 15 minutes.
