Can anybody tell me how to make a good snack with sweet corn?!
Ingredients
1 cup sweet corn boiled.
1/2 cup boiled, peeled and diced potatoes
1/2 cup finely chopped onions
1/2 cup finely chopped tomatoes
1 tea spoon red chili powder
1/2 tea spoon turmeric powder
1/4 tea spoon lemon juice
1 table spoon oil
salt and sugar to taste
To season
1/4 t spoon Cumin seed, 1/4 t spoon mustard seed, 1 green chili slit.or finely chopped ( if you like it more spicy)
To serve
pomegranate , sev, puri (papdi) and chopped coriander leaves.
Method
In a pan heat oil add mustard seeds, cumin seeds and green chili. When it splutters add chopped onions and stir till onion become translucent, then add potatoes and stir. add tomatoes and stir for a minute.
Then add corn along with it also add salt, red chili powder, turmeric powder, sugar and lemon juice. Stir and cook for few minutes.
Serve hot
While serving take individual serving bowl - first put the corn mix , garnish with crushed puris( papdis), sev, pomegranate and coriander leaves. Serve hot.

OLD TIME CORN FRITTERS
Serve fritters warm with maple syrup.
Serves 6.
3 eggs, beaten
2 cups crushed corn
2 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tbsp. melted butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 1/4 c. flour, approx
Oil for deep frying
Mix together corn, beaten eggs, milk, melted butter, baking powder, salt and pepper, adding just enough flour to hold fritters together. Drop by tablespoons in hot oil and cook 3-5 minutes. Drain on paper towels.

Delicious Sweet Corn Snack
1 cup sweet corn or corn niblets (preferably the petite sweet corn you get in supermarkets in the frozen food section)
salt
sugar
pepper
1 teaspoon butter (optional)
1 teaspoon oil
Take a skillet with a medium deep bottom, heat it and add about one generous cup of the corn.
Heat on medium heat and keep stirring so that the corn browns evenly
Once it is brown, add the salt, pepper and sugar to it and stir on high heat for 30 seconds.
Serve hot in a bowl and eat!
you can pake tikki with the boiled corn.
take half cup boiled corn and partially mashed
half cup boiled potatoes mashed
add corn to this mashed potato add salt little turmeric powder,half a sppon redchille powder one greenchille finely chopped and alittle ginger and coriander leaves.
mix them well put aflat tava on astove.pour two spoon oil in it make around patti by taking one lemon size ingredient
heat that for 2 minutes and turn that around and put some oil
and heat that till it become golden brown.
while serving serve with tomoto sauce.
