Awww sweetie... If your product calls for whipped cream & you can't use that & frosting is too sweet... not much else will take it's place. depending on what you are making...

...I like the marshmallow fluff idea, you can even make peaks on it & put it under the broiler to brown the tips... BUT Marshmallow fluff is actually just as sweet if not sweeter than frosting.

You might need to change your choice. Cookies always work well & you get quite a bit out of one recipe, thus more sales.
That's what I sold at a bake sale. I made chocolate chip, PeanutButter & Peanut Butter with 5 M&M's pressed on top (like a flower...although it will spread out) They sold out fast. I even had a little plate & broke a few up for samples. If people can sample them, they are more likely to buy.

Just a thought.

Hope it goes well!

oh um sweet potato pie.

ummmmm, FOOD is a perishable product, hello? hello?

MARSHMALLOW FLUFF!

not perishable. doesn't need to be refridgerated! =D

Softened cream cheese or low fat cream cheese.

1 8-ounce brick
1/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon flavoring of your choice

Beat the softened cream cheese til fluffy, beating in the sugar and then the flavoring. You can pipe this with a pastry bag and rosette tube.
Not as perishable as whipped cream and a lot less sweet than frosting.
