Is this alot of food?!


Question: i just started trying not eat so much or least eat healthier so yesterday i had a grillchic salad from sonic i cup of homade brunsick stew and a small baked potatoe from wendys with sourcream chives brocolli and cheese we eat out and not at home so i tried to make choices from a resturant thats just our lifestyle so for my first day was that good thats all i had.and today i got a grill chic wrap with fat free ranch lett,tom,and black olives with light doritoes from subway thats all i have had today.im not hungry so dont tell me i should eat more.but i drink only water and have since i was 13 now 20 because i have a stomach problem.so was the first day alot?

That's eating very little. But if you're trying to eat healthfully, I suggest NOT EATING MEAT AND DAIRY. It is pretty much the most harmful thing you can do to your body.

Go vegan!

You shouldn't go to restaurants for food they put bad stuff in the food make your own food if u like meat start eating less meat and u should eat a lot of fruits and veggies the key to losing weight is by not eating a lot if u eat something eat it and before u eat your next meal wait about 2-4 hours before u eat it cause the food has to digest right like its not about what u eat its about when u eat u get me?

You are eating fine. You need to make sure that you eat meat and dairy. These items give your body nutrients that you need. Many nutritionists will tell you to eat 3 servings of dairy. The best way I have changed my eating habits is to follow the food pyramid. I have 3 servings of fruit, 3 servings of veggies, 2 servings of meat, 3 servings of dairy, 2 servings or carbs, and 1 serving of fat. Also watch your portions. It can be the healthiest food in the world for you, but making sure it is in portions is very important. Try to eat 6 small meals. I have my healthy cereal, milk, and fruit in am. Then am snack is fruit, lunch is salad w/ meat and cheese, pm snack is fruit and cheese, dinner is meat, carb and 2 servings veggies. then my special snack later on. I hope this helps. I have lost 54 since February 07. I have also included exercise. I feel great and have no problem eating healthy.
