How sell do they perform? That depends on the brand and quality of the silicone. I have 3 loaf pans a bundt pan and 2 round cake pans. The bundt pan doesn't have the sharp edges I like in a metal pan but it works well. I love the loaf pans and round cake pans. They give a new meaning to pop 'n fresh LOL!
I ise all the silicon in my camping cook ware which makes for real easy clean up at camp. The loaf pans are just a little small for the loaf of bread I bake but they are perfect for quick breads and meat loaf. I just bought a muffin pan but, I haven't tried it out yet. I'm cutting it down to fit inside my camp oven.

I love silicone bake-ware. The only problem is that the containers are not ridgid, so you have to put a cookie sheet under them to support them when full. Other than that, they are so easy to clean (soap and water) and easy to use, so I say buy them!

I think that they work well, but like the above stated, they are flimsy and you might have some trouble getting it out of the oven.

I've not used them yet but have thought about it. I have a silicone pot holder and hate it. It's really not flexible enough to get a good solid grip on things and it makes my hand start to sweat right off the bat. So, I primarily use it to harrass my black lab, he likes to bite when we play.

the only silicone bakeware i have it the mats you put on cookie sheets. They work really well, but as for the other stuff , like cake dishes/ pans....I didn't get any of it b/c it was flimsy...instead i just got Wilton cake pans, easy to clean and never had a prob with them

They are cool.......I have some at home I bought not to long ago.....but not much different than metal pans bu tmaybe a little easier to clean......but i would go with the silicone over metal though...
