Can you help me create a dish with ANY of these ingredients?? It's leftover night, but I want something new!

Question: from an already made dish...

Any Ideas??

Here's what I have on hand that can be used.

THE MAIN THING TO USE:Leftover Pot Roast (Beef Roast, Potatoes, carrots, and onions-made in the oven)

Pie Shells (refrigerated ones)
Butter
Beef Gravy
Spices (the BASICS..salt, pepper, Toni Caseres, stew packets)
Ketchup
Pineapple
frozen vegetables
Bisquick
Milk
Eggs
Cheese
Canned tomatoes (stewed and Rotel)
Canned Green Beans and Corn

I'm sure I've missed a few items on hand, but if you think the recipe is good, then give it to me anyway, it might be in the cupboard..lol

PLEASE give me a recipe or complete directions on how to do what you are telling me to make...

BEST ANSWER IS 10 POINTS!!!!

Two things come to mind immediately....a pot pie or individual pies (I think one name for them is pocket pies.)

Pot pie - use pie crust, make a sauce, altho beef gravy might work, mix frozen veggies with the leftover veggies & pot roast.

Impossible pie - use Bisquick mix (recipe on box for Impossible pie)...make a quiche-like pie, probably using the cheese as weel.

Pocket pies - use pie crust, but roll out and cut into 6-inch circles. Fill with mixture of beef & leftover veggies, fold in half, slit for steam and bake.

This is so simple but my mom used to do this and I would beg for it. You take that left over roast and veggies - slice or pull apart the roast and place it in a casserole dish to fit. Place the onion and veggies on the top and if you have any gravy, put that on top of it all. Grate cheese and place a good bit on top of all of that. Place in 350 degree oven until cheese melts and it gets bubbly. Oh my gosh is it good. Maybe use some green beans and corn as a side.

chop potatoes carrots onions and add some some frozen veg. Make vegetable in a cheesy sauce pies. Mince the leftover beef and add spices and herbs to taste. add a beaten egg and shape into rissoles or patties. Coat with beaten egg and breadcrumbs and fry.
Serve veg pies and beef rissoles with green beens and/or corn.

shepards pie and pinapple pancakes

Use your leftovers to make a beef pot pie. Add some gravy and frozen vegetables to make enough of the mixture to fill the pie crust. Top with crust, and bake.

Or you could combine your leftovers with the gravy and add frozen vegetables if needed. Put into a greased baking pan.
Make a biscuit dough from your bisquick. Roll out the dough and make biscuit cutouts. Cover the mixture with the cutouts and bake (use the recommended temp & time on Bisquick box.

if u want recipes, i think the best way to get them would be from here! they offer cookbooks of all kinds too! i'm sure u'll find wad u wanted.

3 ideas come to mind....beef stew, pot pie, and open faced hot roast beef sandwiches......good luck....

Take all leftover , put on pan along with beef gravy, and canned tomatoes. heat, pour mixture over biscuits dough and bake in oven 30 minutes.

How about swiss steak? Slice the leftover beef, put in a dutch oven, add the onions, gravy, can of tomatoes, carrots. All the onions you want, garlic. Simmer a couple of hours. Take the cooked potatoes and fry them in a pan with butter until brown. MMMMM....
