I am not sure why you keep asking this same question on a daily basis. But here are some more tips for you.
1. read the manual that came with your slow cooker. (aka crockpot)
2. visit these websites
www.allrecipes.com - type crockpot in the search section and you will find recipes for pretty much everything you may want to cook in it.

This is all crockpot recipes and instructions on how to make anything you want.

2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon paprika
1 tablespoon garlic powder

salt and pepper to taste

In a large bowl, whisk together the olive oil, chicken broth, garlic, paprika, garlic powder, poultry seasoning and basil. Pour into the slow cooker. Cut small slits in each pork chop with the tip of a knife, and season lightly with salt and pepper. Place pork chops into the slow cooker, cover, and cook on High for 4 hours. Baste periodically with the sauce.

Slow Cooker Pork Chops w/ BBQ Sauce

6 boneless pork chops
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup BBQ sauce
2 cloves garlic, crushed
salt and pepper to taste

Place pork chops in slow cooker. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over pork chops.

Cook on Low setting for 6 hours, until internal temperature of pork has reached 160 degrees F (70 degrees C).

Thin steaks you can just drop in if you like. I'd suggest a tiny bit of oil on the bottom. You'll definitely want to season them with a little salt and pepper.

Sausages, if you're going to dump those in ... no need for oil. :)

I'd suggest: thin steaks/chops, sausages, carrots, onions, sausages, a little celery. A little bit of beef stock if you have it, otherwise, water will do.

You'll get plenty of recipes, I'm sure, but one thing I will recommend is that you brown the meats before you put them in the cooker. Not fry them - just brown them. It makes a WORLD of difference in taste and texture.

And never use water when you can use broth or wine - even saving the water that you cook other veggies in? Full of flavor and vitamins.

If you do a google for "crockpot recipes" or "slow cooker recipes" you'll find a ton - you'll be surprised what you can actually do in a crockpot. Even spaghetti - and it turns out great from having all that time to simmer together with the flavors.

Autumn Pork Chops

This recipe is a bit different, as you don't measure your ingredients as much as you prepare for the number of people to enjoy it! Add or subtract amounts to fit your family size and tastes.

1 or 2 pork chops per person
1 small raw sweet potato (or yam) per person
1 apple per person - your favourite kind
1/2 white or yellow onion per person (or more if your family loves cooked onions)
Salt and pepper
Cinnamon
Brown Sugar - Optional
Apple juice or cider

Clean onions and slice - place in bottom of slow cooker.

Clean potatoes well and slice into thick slices. Place on top of onions. Sprinkle with a bit of brown sugar and salt if desired.

Rinse pork chops with clear running water, trim off any large pieces of fat and place in cooker over onions, salt and pepper as you see fit. Peel and slice apples (or leave the skins on if your family doesn't fuss). Place over pork chops. Sprinkle apples with cinnamon and a bit of brown sugar if desired.

Pour in apple juice or cider to cover 1/3 of the mixture. Set cooker on high for 2 hours, then set to low to finish - will take a good 3 hours or more, depending on how full the pot is. (You may need to experiment with your slow-cooker size and fullness). Of course, just like any other slow-cooker meal, it can sit on low after it's finished without harm. Serve to plates right from the cooker. This is great with buttered brown bread and a leafy lettuce salad.

Although this recipe is not for pork chops you should definitely try it- it's absolutely delicious!!!

Aromatic Eastern Slow-cooked Pork

900g (2lb) lean boneless pork collar, shoulder or leg joint
2.5cm (1 inch) root ginger, peeled and thinly sliced
4 garlic cloves, squashed
30ml (2tbsp) soy sauce
200ml carton orange juice
5ml (1tsp) sesame oil
30ml (2tbsp) brown sugar
30ml (2tbsp) hoisin sauce

Method
Take the pork, cut the string off the joint and flatten it out. Cut it into 6-8 large chunks removing any excess fat.

In an ovenproof casserole, mix together the ginger, garlic, soy sauce, orange juice, sesame oil, brown sugar and hoisin sauce. Add the pork chunks and mix together.

Cover with lid and cook for about 2 hours until the meat is very tender and almost falling apart. (Add a little extra orange juice if you like it more saucy.)

Serve with rice and a stir-fry of mixed mushrooms, mange tout and torn basil leaves.
