Recipes using canned tuna?!

Question: Does anyone have any good "tried and true" recipes for using canned tuna? I don't mean to sound like an ingrate :) but I'm not looking for people to search recipe websites and cut and paste recipes...I want something you've actually made and know for a fact is good. I've already been to most of the major ones (all recipes, epicurious, foodtv, etc.) and have done my own search. I'm looking for something more original than tuna salad, tuna melts, tuna noodle casserole, etc. Anyone have any "little old grandmas" out there who have passed down recipes? :)

Don't think these really have a name but my husband loves them.
Take one can of tuna and drain the liquid add one small can of pineapple chunks and honey mustard to the tuna and mix well. Take canned croissants and unroll them seperate into two sections and push perferations together. Top uncooked croissants with tuna mixture and a slice of cheese, bake in 350 degree oven for 10-13 minutes.
These make a great lunch with chips and fresh veggies or a great dinner with french fries and veggies.

I'm not sure how tasty this would be to other people because when my grandmother first made it for me I thought, "that's disgusting" But she actually would make home made macaroni and cheese and add tuna into it and mix it all up before serving it, it was surprisingly good. She also put tuna on grilled cheese sandwiches. Which was also good, I always thought it was weird or would taste bad until I tried it. I acutally liked it, but others may not.

I take tune, elbow noodles, peas, ranch dressing, a lil bit mayo and mix it together. Then I put it in a pie pan that has been coated with curshed saltine crackers, cover the top with crackers, also, and bake it at 375 for about 20 minutes. I then top it with a little bit of cheese, put it back in for 5 minutes and then POOF! Tuna casserole!

Here's another that I make at our restaurant...tuna, chopped onion, chopped egg, mustard, ranch dressing, a lil bit mayo, and some shredded cheese and serve on Texas Toast with a baked potato topped wih sour creme. Simple but delicious!

This might be regular tuna salad..i don't know. My husband asked me to make Tuna & noodles. I made macaroni noodles and chilled them added the tuna and added mayonaise. It's really good for a summer dinner. I've never heard of it like that until I met my husband. Now I make it all the time and everyone loves it.

1)Stuffed hard boiled eggs.
Hard boil the eggs, scoop out the yellow, mix it with a can of tuna, mayonnaise and tomato sauce. Stuff the hole of the egg with this mixture. Serve with salad.

2)Broccoli and tuna quiche.
100 ml single cream, 2 eggs, a can of tuna, boiled broccoli florets, grated cheddar. Mix the cream, eggs, tuna and cheddar. Pour the mixture over the shortcrust pastry case. Sprinkle the broccoli. 45 minutes in the oven.
