Do you have a quick and easy recipe for stuffed peppers?!

Question: there are way too many online and I don't feel like reading them all. My mom used to make them, but I don't feel like asking her how to do it because she will tell me about 10 different ways too.

How do you make them??

EASY STUFFED GREEN PEPPERS

4 green peppers
1 lb. hamburger
8 oz. can tomato paste
2 (8 oz.) cans V-8 hot & spicy juice
3/4 c. rice, cooked
2 tbsp. dried onion flakes

Make rice first using chicken bouillon. While rice sets, remove the inside parts of the peppers using a melon scoop (small). Put peppers on a paper towel, cut side down in microwave for 5 minutes on high. Brown hamburger. Mix rice, V-8 juice, tomato paste, hamburger and dried onion flakes together. Take peppers out of microwave, put in microwave dish and stuff. Bake on medium high for 12 minutes. Rotate once.

we just mix some uncooked rice with seasoned hamburger and put it in the peppers with the tops cut out, then put them in the oven at 350 for 40 minutes.

1 lb ground beef
1 lb ground pork
1 cup instant rice
bell peppers
shredded cheddar cheese
tomato sauce

Mix the beef, pork, and rice together. Cut tops off pepper; remove seeds. Put meat and rice mixture into peppers, top with tomato sauce and cheese. Put into baking dish; cover top with foil. Cook for 45 minutes at 350.

Buy some of that easy cook rice and cook as directed.
Chop up some bacon and dice up some Camembert cheese. Mix it all together and stuff into the peppers. Cook in oven until done.
Or; use left over spaghetti Bolognese sauce, top with grated cheese, heat through in oven. Blanch the peppers in hot water to start the cooking process first. :-)
