How do you make a good batch of deviled eggs?!

Question: Boil about 12 eggs for about 15 minutes. I usually cool with cool running water through a strainer. It is best to use eggs that are a couple of days old. (they are the ones that peel easily when boiled) Slice the eggs long ways. Pluck the yolks and place them in a bowl. Mix about 4 tbsp. of Mayo 2 tsp of Mustard, 2 tbsp of sweet relish. Spoon them into your egg halves. Sprinkle some with paprika and place the tiniest stems of celery leaves on a few. Decorate the plate with Celery leaves or cover your plate with lettuce leaves before placing the eggs on it, for a pretty presentation.

buy them

i dont really like mustard so i dont put alot of mustard in them i put mayo, little mustard, salt and pepper

Put eggs in cold water, bring to a boil. Boil for 10 minutes and then immediately put them in ice water. Allow them to cool and then peel. Slice in half and remove and save the yolk in another bowl. Add mayo, a little mustard, some bacon bits, a little garlic powder to the yolks. Mix until they mixture is creamy. Using a spoon, fill each egg half with the mixture and enjoy, or cover and refrigerate until your ready to eat them.

I use ranch instead of mayo, lil mustard and usually use like grey poupon rather than hotdog mustard. Then i mix with like relish or whatever. Then I top with paprika.

start your eggs in cold water please salt the water, bring to a boil, let boil for 15min, turn off flame let set for 10 minutes. Pour off water let cool. peel and then peel.
Cut in half and pop out yolks in a bowl mash yolks add salad dressing pickle relish and feel. Or you can use yolks ,salad dressing and chopped onions and bell peppers and fill. I've also had then filled with tuna and chicken salad.

you get some eggs, boil them, then you cut them in half, after peeling them, then you put the yokes in a boul with some cut pickles, some mayonaise (as much looks good to you) some mrs. dash, salt, pepper, umm....I think thats it...and you just like mix it all together...nuthing is exact, it makes it diff. everytime...and sometimes it'll turn out better not exact cause your going by taste...not measurements, or math.

we use real mayo, mustard, salt pepper, relish, dash of garlic, and tiny bit of pimentos.

A good batch of deviled eggs must have vinegar in the recipe!

6 hard cooked eggs
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon prepared mustard
1 teaspoon vinegar
paprika or parsley sprigs (optional)

Halve hard cooked eggs lengthwise and remove yolks. Place yolks in a bowl; mash with a fork. Add mayonnaise, mustard, and vinegar; mix well. If desired, season with salt and pepper. Stuff egg white halves with yolk mixture. If desired, garnish with paprika or parsley. Makes 12 servings.

I get compliments every time! :)
