I heard you can eat garden snails, can someone tell me how to prepare them?!

Question: Not all 116 species of snails are edible. Check to be sure what kind of snails are in your garden before you eat them. Also, snails can travel to other yards that may use pesticides. It may be better to purchase from a snail purveyor.

How to cook snails:

Put snails into a bowl and cover with cold water for 10 minutes. Discard any snail that doesn't emerge from its shell within this time frame.

Rinse well and cover again with cold water and 1 teaspoon of salt. Cover the rim of the bowl with salt to prevent escapees. Let the snails soak for 1 hour.

Put snails into a pan of boiling water and reduce to simmering for 5 minutes. Drain the water and remove the snails from their shells with a skewer or a snail fork. Snip off heads and tail and remove any green gall. Serve with melted garlic butter.

You mean escargots?

I prefer them with garlics, sambal orlek sauce and tomato sauce

In Singapore, you can get prepared esgarots in garlics and butter in supermarket.

Eating escargots are fine, but eating any old garden snail is really not a good plan.
In a South African magazine I once read that those crazy guys do eat their garden snails and grill them on an open fire like a BBQ, but keep in mind that some snails are aoutright poisinous, like some garden mushrooms are also.
Rather not
