Healthy cereal and low fat milk always does it for me. Hope it helps.

well cinnamon/sugar on buttered toast is good too!
-graham crackers with a little peanut butter
-apple with a tablespoon of peanut butter
-a bowl of cereal with skim milk
-low fat ice cream
-a 100 calorie pack
- a small handful of wheat thins and a small slice of sharp cheddar cheese
i LOOOOVE celery with peanut butter. especially if you get organic peanut butter with omega-3 fatty acids...then the snack is healthy for you as well.
also it's pomegranate season so you can buy some from the grocery store, de-seed them, and put the seeds in a big bowl for whenever you get hungry. i have been eating so much pomegranate lately because i want to get my fill before the season's over.
as for other snacks i like the lunchables pizza snacks. you can heat them up in the microwave or eat them cold.
tangerines are good too, although i don't like to eat them right before bed because the smell gets in my hands and it bothers me a little.
basically just go to the grocery store and browse the aisles. you'll see stuff that strikes your fancy and you can get lots of snack ideas. but make sure you stick with healthy stuff :)
Grapefruit is my favorite. I like to eat it like an orange but I peel the wedges. You burn more callories eating it than are in it. Never snack before bed the callories sit on you. If you dont care about callories it depends. Light and healthy would be veggies cut up or rice cakes. Milk is good as it will help you sleep and goes good with cookies if you want something sweet and yummy. Good luck!

I pop my own popcorn and lightly flavor it with salt or with flavored butter seasoning.
