Need nutritional info for Oxtail?!


Question: Oxtail gets its nutrition from the bone marrow. It does have cholesterol and fats. There is also protein. There are some vitamins and minerals, but not alot of nutrition. Sorry that I do not have my nutrition book with me.

It's pretty fatty....at least the oxtail that I ate was. Try googling it; you should have an answer right away.
