1 Package of peanut butter chips (2 cups)
1 can vanilla canned frosting (not whipped)

Melt chips until smooth and creamy. add canned frosting and stir until smooth. Put in 8x8 buttered pan and cool until set.

Fro chocolate fudge use chocolate chips and chocolate frosting, for mint chocolate fudge, use mint chocolate chips and chocolate frosting. for a really good fudge use coconut pecan frosting and chocolate chips. use you imagination and create some really good fudge. the cream cheese frosting with the peanut butter chips is really good.

Yields: 21 servings

"Make this easy, creamy fudge a holiday tradition!"
INGREDIENTS:
1 (8 ounce) package
PHILADELPHIA Cream
Cheese, softened
4 cups sifted powdered sugar
4 (1 ounce) squares BAKER'S Unsweetened Baking
Chocolate, melted
1/2 cup chopped PLANTERS
Walnuts
1 teaspoon vanilla

DIRECTIONS:
1. Beat cream cheese in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until creamy. Gradually add sugar, beating until well blended. Add remaining ingredients; mix well.
2. Spread into greased 8-inch square pan. Refrigerate several hours or until firm.
3. Cut into 1-inch squares to serve.

REFRIGERATOR FUDGE

3/4 c. evaporated milk
2 1/4 c. sugar
12 oz. chocolate chips
1/3 c. Karo syrup
2 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts

Combine milk and sugar in heavy saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture boils. Turn heat low, cook 10 minutes, stirring constantly to prevent scorching. Remove from heat, immediately add chocolate chips, Karo syrup, butter and vanilla. Stir until chocolate melts and fudge is smooth and creamy. stir in nuts; mix well. Pour into 8"x8" pan and chill in refrigerator 1 to 2 hours. Cut into squares. Makes 2 1/2 pounds.
