I have some dwarf beans & 2 leeks what can i make?!

Question: you can make a great soup out of it...

try this, it just came out my head while reading your question...

*soak the beans under water for about 2-3 hours, and boil it for 30 mins...
(if you dont have the time, cook it in a pressure cooker for 30 mins.)
*saute some onions, and garlic...
*add the boiled beans and your leeks, and saute for about 5 mins
*add water or chicken stock
*let it simmer for 15 mins...
*then put the soup in a blender and blend until smooth...
*strain if you dont want lumps in your soup
*season with salt and pepper
*drizzle a few drops of cream...

there you go! this seems good!

Lots of wind.
