Answers: I have uncooked rotini, 1 bag of shredded chedder cheese, eggs, milk, a couple cans of tuna, rice (the boil in a bag kind), a few bags of pastasides noodles, adn thats about it. I cant go to the store because my husband has the car so im stuck with what ive got lol. Any suggestions?! Thanks so much!!
Make a tuna cheese casserole.
Boil the pasta.
rinse- add two eggs beaten.
add shredded cheese. and tuna add about 1/2 cup milk
save some cheese to put on top
place in oven at 350 for about 20-30 mins. with foil on top
remove add rest of cheese on top
let set for about 20 mins
cut and serve....YUMMY
Tuna Mac & Cheese, Saute some grn peppers & Onions if you have them, add to pasta that has the tuna and cheese added.
You could make a unique lasagna,although i would leave out the tuna.
Use a clean vessel, put in one cup of oil,add two large sliced onions,add cinnamon 2 pieces of 1/2'' size, 6 cloves, and fry till onions are light brown. Add 1/4 teaspoon of turmeric powder,stirr well, put in the eggs and stirr till they mix with this mixture,add the tuna,stirr well,put in the peiced or shredded rotini, then add according to the few bags of pastasides,eg one bag is to two cups or water.let the water and the mixture boil well, lower the fire add the pastasides, and stirr with salt to taste.
On low fire, cover this and leave for two minutes, check if the water has dried up, eat hot , hot with chillie saurce or chille and garlic saurce.Let me know how you liked the dish.
Tuna casserole. Make a white sauce. Mix tuna, sauce, and cooked noodles and season with salt and pepper. Mix in some chopped broccoli or peas and carrots if you have them. Top with cheese and bake until bubbly.
Delicious sweet and sour meatballs
Heat together in a large pot:
1 Large can tomato sauce
1 Large can whole cranberry sauce
1 Jar chile sauce
Make meatballs using 2 pounds of chopped sirloin mixed with an egg and some bread crumbs, garlic powder, salt and pepper. As you make them, drop each meatball into the simmering sauce. Simmer for one hour.
This is great because you can make them ahead and reheat. You can use your crockpot if you want to. You can freeze them. Great appetizer for pot lucks, friends, Thanksgiving. I always get raves on this one. Good Luck!
