The rooster, you don't want to be eating crow. And a chicken that crows? Well...you get the idea.

perhaps your chicken is having a mid life crises lol eat the chix forst... so yummy with all the fixens

Rooster, that is more tougher meat.

Either way. But a rooster generally has tougher meat and should be used strictly for stewing, as would an older hen. A young chicken can be fried, baked or stewed. That is really strange though - - - um does your crowing chicken lay eggs . . .??
