I do mine in the microwave on a microwave cooking tray that has ridges on it to keep it off the grease and have baked it in the oven on 350.-you have to put it on a rack inside another pan to keep it elevated off the grease and watch it pretty close to keep it from burning but it's good both ways!!

Cook it in the oven instead of stove-top.

bake it in the oven at 350 its way better that way! it doesnt burn as easy

cook it in the oven

turn the heat down, and let it cook longer

Medium heat and WATCH IT!

You need to lower the heat just a bit, and move it around a bit while it's cooking. Too low it won't get crispy, too high, it burns. If you really don't like it at all burnt, go for the lower heat and longer time.

just keep an eye on it.

I always grill mine and it is lovely and crispy. Obviously you should do it on a medium heat and keep an eye on it. Frying spoils bacon in my opinion.

350 degree oven. It takes a little longer but is well worth it.

Not sure about that one, but to stop it curling up you make little nicks all around the edges with scissors.

I do mine in oven, on a cookie sheet, lined with parchment paper and at 375 degrees. never fails. takes longer than in pan on top of stove, but results are great.

cook it in the oven at 350 degrees on a rack over a cookie cheet with sides to hold the grease. Put in in the cold oven and turn on the oven for 15 minutes, then check it every 3 minutes to watch it and keep it from burning. I have also deep fried bacon with great sucess for good crispy bacon. But its real fast and you have to watch it closely it also doesn't lay flat when cooking it this way. The third option is cooking bacon in a cast iron pan over low heat. You don't need a lot of heat to cook bacon on a stove top.Low takes longer but is easier to manage and does cook bacon better., The cast iron spreads the heat better than other metals and produces a more even heat over the pans surface.
Good Luck!

i place the slices on a cookie sheet and bake it. the slices won't shrivel up. try 10 minutes as 350degrees to start and then just keep checking on it. you may have to rotate the pan once or twice

If you want to fry it, start off on medium low heat and slowly bring it up to medium. Don't put it on too high or it will burn. Try cutting the rashers in half so your pieces are smaller and easier to work with.
