How many uses are there for sour cream?!
Answers: Atleast a thousand? lol
You can use sour cream in:
Dips
With and in Mexican foods
In Brownies
In cakes
In cookies
On potatoes
In potato salad
In noodle salad
In anything with cream sauce
In Borst (soup)
And the list goes on......
Id say there are MANY and i mean MANY uses.
I have to say i use sour cream for mostly: flavoring food, and making cake moist.
My fave is too have homemade potatoe and cheese Perogies with sour cream =]. another is haveing a delious bake potato with tons of toppings and a dab of sour cream!
I have a friend who eats hot dogs with ketchup, relish, mustard, honey, fluff and sour cream.
