I need a good mayo seafood salad recipe?!
1 (6 oz) can shrimp or fresh
1 cup celery chopped
1 cup lettuce chopped
1 cup grated carrot
1 teaspoon minced onion
1 can Chinese noodles (crisp)
1/4 cup mayonnaise
Drain shrimp, reserving liquid.
Prepare and mix salad ingredients. Add shrimp.
Just before serving add noodles.
Mix mayonnaise with some shrimp juice to thin and toss.

2 cups crab and or shrimp
1 cup diced celery
2 tablespoon sliced green onion
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
lettuce leaves
lemon wedges
If crab or shrimp pieces are large, cut into small pieces.
In medium bowl, mix crab, celery, onion, mayonnaise, lemon juice, mustard, salt and cayenne.
Toss gently to coat and mix well.
Cover and refrigerate until serving time.
Serve with lettuce leaves and lemon wedges.

Seafood Pasta Salad
1 (7-ounce) can back fin crab meat, rinsed, drained
1 (7-ounce) can water-pack tuna, drained, flaked
1 pound shrimp, cooked, peeled
1 onion, chopped
1 green bell pepper, chopped
2 stalks celery, chopped
2 tablespoons (or more) sweet pickle relish
8 ounces macaroni or shell pasta, cooked, drained
1/4 cup mayonnaise
Salt and pepper to taste
Dry mustard to taste
1 (10-ounce) package frozen green peas
Combine crabmeat, tuna and shrimp in bowl; mix well.
Stir in onion, green pepper, celery, pickle, relish and pasta.
Add mixture of mayonnaise, salt, pepper and dry mustard; mix gently with wooden spoon.
Rinse green peas under cold water until thawed. Stir into salad.
Spoon onto lettuce-lined salad plates. Garnish with sliced hard-cooked eggs, parsley sprigs and orange sections.

1 lb. fresh lump crabmeat, drained

1/4 teaspoon capers
1/4 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
2 tablespoon lemon juice
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon seasoned pepper
dash of garlic salt
1/8 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
3 Or 4 drops hot sauce
lettuce leaves
Combine all ingredients, except lettuce; stir to mix. Cover and chill 1 to 2 hours. Serve on lettuce leaves.

Pasta Shells and Seafood salad, from Trudy, You will need 1 pound of cooked pasta baby shells, drained and cooled, 1 pound of cooked baby shrimp, 1 pound of imimmation crab meat cut into small bite size peices, bits and peices of celery, paprika, and open musless or open clams, layer each pasta with shrimp and crabmeat, then keep on layering with mayo, and layer it as if you would for a cassorole, on the top put on the paprika and squeeze some lemon around it, and on top put the open mussles on top or clams

I like crab meat (imitation),mayo,finely diced celery & a touch of Old Bay seasoning. Put in a fresh finger roll YUMMMMMMY!!!!!!!
If you like you can serve this on a bed of romaine lettuce.
GARDEN STYLE SEAFOOD SALAD
2 1/2 c. macaroni (seashell or wagon wheels make attractive salad)
1 1/2 c. Italian salad dressing
2 c. peeled and sliced cucumber
1 1/2 c. peeled and diced tomatoes
1/2 c. sliced green onion
1/3 c. seeded and chopped green pepper
1/3 c. chopped celery
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
13 oz. seafood
1 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
1 1/2 tsp. dried dill weed
(I used shrimp but solid white tuna, shrimp, crab or combination will work - drained if necessary).
Yield: 12 (1 cup) servings. Preparation: 25 minutes. Chilling: 4 hours.
Prepare macaroni according to package directions. Drain well. Place in large bowl and add salad dressing. Toss gently. Add cucumber, tomatoes, onion, green pepper, celery, salt, pepper and drained seafood to macaroni.
Combine mayonnaise, mustard and dill weed in small bowl. Add to macaroni and toss gently. Cover and chill at least 4 hours before serving. Serves 12.

IMITATION CRAB SALAD
Imitation crab meat
Broccoli, frozen
Cauliflower, frozen
Onion
Mayonnaise
Salt and Pepper
Run water through frozen broccoli and cauliflower. Toss into bowl. Slice onions very thinly, cutting each slice into quarters. Toss into broccoli and cauliflower. Break up crab meat and toss into broccoli and cauliflower. Add salt and pepper. Add enough mayonnaise to coat, and mix well. Chill.
