Cream Brulee?!

Question: My cream brulee is cooking right now, and when I want it to cool down i want to do it faster so can i put it in the freezer for an hour, befor it freezes ill swich it to the refrigerater, is that okay?

Don't put it in the freezer. It won't cool any faster really and you'll give your bake-ware thermal shock.
