What kind of dipping sauce should I serve with phyllo triangles?!

Question: They are filled with a spinach-ricotta-feta-pine nut filling. I would like to serve a dipping sauce with them. Any ideas? Preferably something other than a tomato-based sauce; that's already on the menu. Thanks for the help!

a tzatziki kind of sauce might be good (yogurt, cucumber, dill, garlic) - Lots of recipes to be found on the web.

I would definately just go with a simple pesto here or even a home made greek dressing.
