Salsa de Tomate Verde Cruda

12 ounce (350 g) fresh tomatillos, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
? ounce (15 g) cilantro leaves
3 serrano chilis, seeded and membranes removed
? teaspoon salt, or to taste.


Put the tomatillos in a food processor, then add the remaining ingredients. Pulse briefly so that the texture remains coarse. Set aside for one hour before serving to let the flavors meld. This can be refrigerated for 3-4 days. Remember to wear gloves while cleaning the chilis, or your hands will start a slow burn that will last a long time.

Salsa Fresca

1 cup canned tomato juice
1 ? fresh tomatoes
? onions, chopped
2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
1 jalape?o, finely minced
1 serrano, finely miniced
1 ? teaspoons salt
1 garlic clove, finely chopped
1/8 teaspoon sugar


Blend together well and refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.

3 medium tomatoes, chopped
1 green bell pepper, chopped
? cup chopped onion
1 anaheim chili
2 tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopped
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 tablespoon lime juice
? teaspoon chili powder
? teaspoon ground cumin
? teaspoon salt


In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well. Refrigerate overnight to let flavors combine.

I'd just get a normal salsa recepie with tomatos, garlic, onion, peppers, ect. in it and add mango and lime. For some reason those 2 always give it a kick that have people talking. especially mango.

1 lg. can stewed tomatoes
1 sm. can green chilies, chopped
1 sm. onion, chopped (1/4 c.) or 5 to 6 green onions, chopped
1 tbsp. garlic
1 tbsp. cumin
1 tsp. Tabasco sauce

Salt and pepper to taste. Mix all above and let set in refrigerator for at least an hour until flavors blend.

2 lg. cans tomatoes
2 yellow onions
Jalapeno peppers (as many as you dare)
3 cloves fresh garlic
Garlic powder, to taste
Jalapeno juice
Italian seasoning
Salt & pepper
Any other peppers you may desire

Chop everything fine, mix together and store in the refrigerator.

1 lemon, juiced
1 lime, juiced
2 tablespoons pure olive oil

Ranch? Salad Dressing
& Seasoning Mix
DIRECTIONS:
1. In a medium bowl, combine the peaches, red onion, green onions, tomatoes, jalapeno, and cilantro. In a measuring cup, stir together the lemon juice, lime juice, oil, and package Hidden Valley? Original Ranch? Salad Dressing & Seasoning Mix. Stir until the seasoning mix dissolves, and then pour over the peach mixture. Stir gently to combine. Transfer to a serving bowl, cover, and set aside for 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld.

Homemade Salsa

Ingredients

2 medium Tomatoes
1 cup Onions
6 Garlic clove
1 lime
2 tbsp Cilantro
Dash Salt
1/2 cup Green Chili Peppers



Directions
First, the ingredients must be fresh. Find a pepper that is the right amount of spice for your taste. You can also use green onions or the entire onion including greens for a slightly greener taste.
Chop onions, garlic, pepper, and tomatos. Combine in a bowl that is refridgerator safe. Add fresh cilantro, salt, and lime to taste.
Refridgerate over night and voila! Delicious, fresh, healthy homemade salsa!
