I hope it's Symon but I fear it will be Besh... From the commerical it looked like the secret ingredient will be swordfish, and we've seen Besh do better things with seafood and haven't seen Symon use seafood that much (save the 'hot dog" last week). Maybe he can pull out the fish yet! Figure out a way to combine it with pork :-)
