Of the 2, I'd pick OVEN; at 250 or 275. You can apply a dry rub and wrap the rack in foil, then put them in an oven pan to catch drippings. Should take 3hrs.

neither. I would cook them on the pit. Better to smoke ribs than bake.

Smoker

babyback rids oven

I prefer to parboil them in crab boil and other flavorings and then finish in the oven. For crab boil I use Zatarain's Crab Boil bags, add extra onions, fresh garlic, and a jalapeno to the water. Bring to a low boil and then add half racks of ribs for ten to fifteen minutes. Drain and finish off in a 400 degree oven for thirty minutes to an hour. Last fifteen minutes add sauce and viola, great ribs.

Depends.. The crockpot makes the meat more tender and if you put them in the morning you dont have o worry about them and they cook all day. For a drier rib the oven which could also be faster-that s usually how i make them. ANd if its not to cold outside you could even cook them on the grill. Just my opinion good lick..I mean luck

pot

crockpot will taste best out of those two choicess
n a slow cooker will make it taste even better because it cooks slowly n is able 2 soak in the sauce tht u r using.
n its great if the weather is not good

heres a recipe for a slow cooker..

INGREDIENTS:
4 pounds pork baby back ribs
1/4 cup of barbecue sauce
1/3 cup dark brown sugar
1 tablespoon paprika
1 1/2 teaspoons chili powder
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground cumin
3/4 teaspoon black pepper
3/4 teaspoon white pepper
3/4 teaspoon ground oregano
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/4 teaspoon sugar
PREPARATION:
Trim excess fat from ribs. Combine dry ingredients and rub over the surface of the ribs. Place ribs in slow cooker or Crock-Pot standing on their edge with the meaty side out. Cook for about 8 hours. Remove ribs from slow cooker and brush with barbecue sauce.

I cook my ribs wrapped in foil in the oven slow until 3/4 done (seasoned and with a little bbq sauce, not much). Then I finish them off on the grill. The oven will make them tender, the grill will give them the smoky grilled taste.

put it in the crock pot with 1 onion salt and pepper to tastes one bottle of BBQ sauces

cook on hi 6hrs or 8hrs on low

cut onion in to quarters
then add ribs
then sauce

cook and injoy

According to this source

applebees cooked their ribs by broiling them first then grilling them.

hope it helps.

Well you don't seem to have a pit to smoke em, and I guest these are your only 2 options so let me ask you this, what kinda rub do you use? A dry rub or a wet rub?
Dry rub bake in the oven, wet rub crock pot!
