Answers: Anyone have any good deep fryed turkey recipe.

peanut oil, the web site about.com has 12 recipes

peanut oil be sure to inject the turkey with butter or we use lots of chicken broth and add coice of seasonings and always rub that bird with choice of seasonings good luck

The best oil to use is peanut oil because it has a high smoke point.

Plenty of good recipes on foodnetwork.com

use peanut oil because it has the highest non flame point.

BE CAREFUL!!!!!

10W30... or peanut.

There are many different types of oils to use, and many different brands. I personally like to use WD-40.

If you dont know to use peanut oil, you need to do a lot more research before you decide to try frying a turkey. Each year, there are many accidents caused from folks attempting to deep fry their bird. From fires to serious burns. Please read everything you can about this before you even attempt doing it. Although the taste is to die for, the danger is very real to acheive it.
Good luck and be safe

Peanut Oil. It has the highest temp. without the smoke from burning oil. Do not fill to the top of fryer. You need to allow room for the turkey. Happy cooking.
