My dinner tonight....a new creation for me. Sound good?!

Question: I'm making a stuffed chicken concoction tonight of (I think) my own creation. I never had it before, it's not a recipe someone gave me. I'm just using items I have on hand. I already started the prep-work....just waiting for the man to get home from work before I stick it in the oven.

2 Boneless, skinless chicken breasts.

I'm going to stuff them with:
1. Spinach (the frozen kind, but thawed & moisture drained)
2. Green onions - chopped
3. Some yellow pepper - chopped
4. Fresh Garlic - minced
5. A mixture of mozzarola & provolone cheese - shredded

All of that is going inside the chicken, and I have a mixture of spicy breadcrumbs and French's crushed onions to roll the outside of the egg-dipped chicken it.

What do you think? Sound good?

Girl, that sounds very good! It would be nice to know how it comes out.

Yum!!! No yellow pepper for me though.

Sounds really good - now add a nice Cesar salad and have a great supper!

heck yes. Make sure you mix up the finely chopped veg with the cheese- so it all gets all gooey inside. YUM!!!

what could be bad? the ingredients are super.

what time is it ready? ill be there!

sounds fantastic!

This sounds absolutely yummy~

I could do without the spinach myself though.

Sounds great. Please edit your question and let us know how it was.

too spicy for me. I cant have peppers or the spicy breadcrumbs. I might like it without the peppers and with italian breadcrumbs.

if he can handle spicy and does not hate spinach he may like it.
